These terms cover your use of chimeraid.com and the mentorship programs offered by ChimeRaid Ecom (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What we offer

We provide education and mentoring on starting and running a Shopify dropshipping business, through the Starter, Standard and Elite plans described on the site. Each plan runs for 3 or 6 months. What’s included is described on the site and may be improved or adjusted over time.

2. No guarantee of results

The dashboards, messages and videos on this site are individual students’ results. They are examples, not typical results and not a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your niche, budget, effort, ad platform rules, market conditions and many other factors. Store costs and ad spend are yours and are separate from the price of the program. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

3. Not professional advice

Our content is educational. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.

4. Applying and enrolling

Applying does not guarantee a place, and we may decline an application. The price and length of each plan are shown on the site. Payment details and any refund terms are provided when you enroll, so please read them before you pay and ask us if anything is unclear.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information.
• Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your store and ads, including Shopify, Meta, TikTok and your suppliers.
• Keep private community content and program materials to yourself. Don’t copy, resell or share them.
• Treat other members and our team with respect. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The site, program materials and branding belong to us. If you are enrolled, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own business. Screenshots, messages and videos shared by students remain theirs.

7. Third-party services

The site and program rely on third-party services such as Shopify, Meta, Discord, WhatsApp and Linktree. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, policies or changes.

8. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and program are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from ad spend or store performance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where our business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
